Pros

pay check... weekends off.. sort of.. always paperwork to do... insane amounts of paperwork..

Kontras

impossible to succeed in this company in the sales dept. Service is a joke it is never their fault no matter what happens it is the salespersons fault. Services loses many of the customers sales works so hard to get and then sales commission is taken back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They hold their customers feet to the fire. They lie to their customers willingly and often and still hold their feet to the fire. They care about one thing and it is not the happiness of their employees or the satisfaction of their customers... it is the bottom line and only the bottom line. I was in the sales dept and in the time I was there(a little over a year they turned over everybody in the sales dept except 2 salesman and the gm. Even the managers quit because they hated it too!!!! also in that time frame even our most experienced and best rep was not at quota... and what is up with being able to bonus before you hit quota. Quota should be a obtainable number and bonus should be a little beyond that. the the whole idea is to make sales managers and sales people work very, very, very hard and only the higher ups enjoy the spoils... awful experience. They would say you are on behind on quota and then not offer anything but corporate fodder as to how to get back on track... and anytime they actually had a good manager they were gone in under a year.... a good manager would never stay with this company because it is impossible for them to succeed. They know they have to turn over their whole sales staff every two years and that sales people will not succedd but they still get mad pain when this happens. and they are put thru a heinous amount of incredibly stupid training... I am only thankful we were not close to corp office in Mass I can only imagine how much fun that would be!!!!!!! absolutely set up to fail!!!! they also have to rescue their paperwork process from the 1960's.. what a cluster the paperwork process is.. you have to write the customers name and address on like 20 different forms!!!! ridiculous and yet another reason a sales person just can not succeed!!!!!! no way!!!

Pros

They are better than the competition in a lot of ways. You get a $50.00 voucher for Thanksgiving groceries every year. Very little micromanagement . You get a lot of free time to improve your skills. If you get a sales manager who cares they will help you be the best . Sometimes they do a great job and customers are very happy. Great group meetings that really fire people up. Branch manager is amazing . Regional sales director is amazing.

Kontras

You'll be embarrassed when every other account you sell has an issue on the first day of installation. What they teach you in training sounds amazing, but often what your customers get is comedically bad. Like it was scripted for a movie about a company that is so bad that its funny how unbelievable it is . When you sell an account , you'll sometimes be given an update as to when it will be installed. But most of the time you are left in the dark, and so is your customer. Management emphasizes your numbers over and over but doesn't work to make you better . Management belittles sales reps in front of others. Big emphasis on selling , but when you have a question that you need to move a sale along, they tell you to wait and don't get back to you. Processes change and no one tells you, causing you to have to redo work. You will work have to work at least 12 hours every day if you want to be successful.
