I started working for the company over 15 years ago, and I had never worked in this industry before. Since joining, I’ve learned a lot—from working effectively with a team, to managing multiple accounts, handling data entry, and supporting accounts receivable. One of the things I appreciate most is that you can transfer to different locations across the states if needed.
If I don’t know something or want to learn a new skill, my management team takes the time to train me. They allow me to learn different areas of the location so that when I’m ready to move up, I already have experience in those departments.
I love my location and enjoy working with all my route men and the variety of customers we serve.

I don’t really have any cons. The only improvements I’d suggest are increasing the pay and making the system a little easier to use.
