seriously outdated accounting tracking systems, non ADA compliant building, miserable people - all they seem to care about are their smoke breaks and where they are going to eat lunch. If you meet your goal for the month, there's no incentive. You don't get extra pay, a day off, a paid lunch, a pat on the back - nothing. So what's the point in having goals w/o rewards?
