Extensive micromanagement. There are three department managers who heavily rely on team leads to be available to employees 24/7. Training needs improvements/revamping. Enforcement of new policies that require employees to use PTO for arriving to work 30 seconds late. There is all of energy an focus that is going into breathing down employees necks all day. So much so that the retention rate in this department is very bad.
