Constant changes to the production schedule means it is hard to stay on top of needed product. Their current system only provides you the basic & is not an ERP or MRP system. It is hard to know what is needed & for how long. Uses more spreadsheets and smartsheets than I have in any previous position. Growth is huge at this company but forecasts mean nothing when they are all above forecast.
