Pros
Some nice people. Older workers may find the outdated ways of working comfortably familiar. Presence in the office and political obligations matter more than output, which can be a pro if you’re looking for a “fake email job” as the kids say.
Kontras
There are many: outdated technology, ways of working and cultural norms, no staff events except for domino’s pizza and soft drinks (I’m not kidding) once a year, and even informal socialising among staff is discouraged. You can’t get into the office front door until you pass your 6 month probation. Bullying and misogyny rampant and ingrained in company culture.
