- Ok salary, there are better options out there but it's not bad. - Collective activities to promote social gatherings - Office tours for friends and family - Depending on the post, workload is great, meaning no need to work over time and not stressful
Kontras
- Forcing people to go the office 3 times a day, they started with 2, now they are forcing 3, probably they'll increase it to full week. Also not giving any help like transportation, childcare or anything to people that already made their lives working outside the montreal island. - Bonus system is unclear and as company isn't doing great, that means no bonuses
