      You're judged based on number of lines of codes/commits that you do, so if you work on a complex fix or feature with little code you're screwed. You can write dumb code that doesn't work but it doesn't matter because you're only reviewed by the quantity that you write, not quality.

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month
