Pros

The management team takes care of employees well. They were always ready to help with personal/work-related problems. The user stories are well organized/structured. The way of grooming stories is good. Even it is a little time-consuming process.

Kontras

Strict Deadlines. Most people work more than 12 hrs/day most of the time. PR reviews are one of the frustrating things here which I don't like. It will take days to review the PR. Work will be distributed based on the availability of employees not based on the experience of the employee. So the fresher will get a complex task which should be done by senior engineers. But the salary for the fresher will be less even they completed that kind of complex task. No time for learning new things. Old technologies. Micro-Management. The team lead should know all the things. Here developers ask the US team to get the things sorted out. Work recognization is there for sure, But there is no benefit to employees for that recognization in terms of bonus/salary hike. The salary hike is very low even you get a full rating in a performance review.
