Poorly run from the top with poorly communicated and managed strategy and direction . Too many large scale ‘transformations’ and projects being poorly managed and staff are so overwhelmed with continual changes that this leads to the toxic work culture and unhealthy working environment. Very high staff turnover often due to the numerous restructures. Very little support for staff and lack of interest in any concerns raised.
