- so few employees that calling out/taking an extra day off is almost detrimental - ridiculous expectations to meet every month - horrible customers. I've met maybe three people that are actually people I think highly of. Most people yell at me because of something I can't control. But that's retail for you ig. - it is so easy to get burnt out so fast. my coworkers have expressed they feel the same - there are so many things about our system and the way we do things that need to change. Our stuff is too outdated and customers express frustration with it on a daily basis
