Pros
Work life balance, culture, benefits. Company is growing and has a strong portfolio of products and services with a good marketing team to drive sales without having to be pushy or feel any real stress around meeting achievable quotas. This opens the door for over performance and larger commission checks.
Kontras
Some issues with the point of sale system but it gets better every week. Not keeping up with inflation at this time but the company has always been good about treating employees well and I can imagine change is coming. No cap to commissions and agressive over performance commission means I can control my paycheck by digging in for those extra sales.
