      CEO was super friendly and could easily be mistaken as a front line manager.

      Kontras

      My "leader" was unfair, biased, never did actual work, and could charm the way out of actual work. The company has lost it's way from the DO and does not want to take care of the customer like the old days. Poor billing system conversation and poor front line leadership will be the ultimate downfall of the company.
