      Absolutely none or barely any people of color in management / upper management positions. How can a company thrive if the people they serve are not represented in part by management?

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
