1.You will be hired even if you dont have the relevant experience.They expect the people already in place to groom you. 2.Good client list.Projects are very challenging and if you are willing ,you can explore your true potential.

1.Industry Standards are only in words and for the amount of work done.Ask about Industry Standard pay and the reply will be "we have our own standards!!!". 2.What you get at the time of joining is the best.No perks,benefits,hikes after that or very nominal updgrades. 3.Ass licking and sweet talking is the only way to get good hikes,atleast for the majority of the employees. 4.Extended work hours and going beyond call of duty expected always but don't expect any rewards other than a compensatory off and that too for weekend works. 5.Ask the HR any drect question and you will be definitely given an INDIRECT answewr or no answer at all.Mostly they will ask another question back! 6.Policies can change at anytime but that was agreed by you when signing the appointment letter!! 7.You want better pay "You are always free to resign and join another company" will be the exact answer from your HR.
