Pros
Not many pros but there needs to be some to keep this review credible. If hired into the right department you can gain knowledge that will make you valuable to your next employer. A couple of high-profile clients are good resume builders. Everybody is respectful and office drama is minimal.
Kontras
High turnover. Most departments have 75% turnover every 12 months. Compensation is noticeably low. I've seen colleagues move on to earn 50-70% at their next job, myself included. Office culture is quiet and mediocre (the breakroom seats 5 people, but the company is 40+ deep; no cableTV) Company perks are bare minimum (fast food catered occasionally, day-old bagels) Unprofessional high ranking male employees (wearing flip flops, crazy facial hair, neglecting to flush the toilet) Certain departments, and majority of females, clearly get favorable treatment from management. Team building events are rare and often lame. The president is always hyping up "exciting new business" but it ends up being some no-name client.
