The hours are unpredictable, very little to no communication with with management. If you have an issue that you bring up, more other than not it’s never resolved. If you don’t try to become buddy’s with the management you’ll never move up, it’s very much system of them doing buddy’s the favor rather than the effort of an employee. When days get busy the management are extremely rude and passive aggressive. The most stressful work environment I’ve ever been in.
