When I first joined this company, it had so much potential and had a very promising future. it was a family culture and I will always be lifelong friends with many of my former co-workers. I truly believed i would retire from this company.

The last time management changed, many loyal, hardworking staff sat on the edge of their seat wondering f if they would be the next they go next. good people, who exceeded in their jobs and went beyond the call of duty and had no complaints against them. if you have anything that resembles a salary or high commission rates, you become a target of leadership and either receive a cut on your pay, overr h Horrible, uncaring leadership who do not know how to treat their staff except to treat them in a degrading manner and embarrass them in front of their peers, and after many years of service blindsided during an pit of town manager's meeting and told ....thanks for your service, we are going another direction. Poor policy, everyone doing the jobs of 5-10 jobs, and taking paycuts while the leadership lines their pockets with bonuses.
