Ungrateful of hard work and will take any opportunity to blame and shame employees for not meeting their unrealistic expectations of complete and absolute perfection. The owner also discriminates and will not let employees use Asian contractors or contractors with tattoos. Office employees are kept on as 1099 illegally so the company doesn't have to pay taxes for having employees which leaves the tax burden on us. At the end of a horrible year and horrible job I got stuck paying almost 6k in taxes. They change their name every few years to avoid reviews like this.
