Pros

Large group that by definition can negotiate higher rates from inisrance companies and higher stipends from hospitals.

Kontras

The group is controlled by a small number of physicians who make sure their particular type of work gets the lions share of that great reimbursement and stipend that usap negotiated. Red flag is the non compete. Companies that need non competes are never gonna be good to work for. They need the non competes for a reason, they know many people will want to leave once they see what the job really looks like.

Pays well, but has to in an effort to retain talent Was good on the resume and able to leave there on my own accord

Sweat Shop HR is a joke, not respected by employees Hair on fire culture, everything is in emergency and due yesterday FTC is making a real run at this company to break them up as they should!
