The legacy from the company's founders is very important to true UPSers, which is refreshing in a world where most companies don't have the history of being in business for over 100 years.

The culture of putting the company first at the expense of family and personal life. Career advancement for non-diverse employees (white males). Demotion of employees instead of terminating low-performers. Demoting an employee from a manager to a supervisor creates a life long supervisor that blocks the number of available slots for new (better qualified) candidates that join the company.
