The ONLY reason to work for UPS is the salary. The money and benefits are great, but it comes at a cost. You're treated like you do not matter, and you don't. You're told to lie to the customers. The customers of UPS are nothing but numbers, they matter as much as a UPS employee does (not at all).
Kontras
Managers are promoted from within, causing a "carrot in front of the donkey" syndrome. The philosophy of UPS is to GET THE PACKAGES OUT OF THE DOOR no matter what the cost to UPS or the customer. The customer comes last.
