I feel each organizer I met there are so brilliant, so amazing, talented, and passionate -Sunset Park area is very rich in culture -Staff usually has a sense of humor -Executive Director is brilliant in her tactics for outreach, maintaining organization's image in good light, public speaking, very inspiring -Work environment can be very relaxed -Relaxed dress code, especially for women -Office consists mainly of women of color

-Staff is overworked and very limited in capacity -Youth and volunteer base is not prioritized sadly -Transparency can be better between Executive Director and staff -Executive Director's consistencies with work/ social justice ethics and morals clash often -Communication between Executive Director and staff is strained and can be majorly improved -Work environment can be unnecessarily stressful and bleeds into your personal life
