UPL offers good compensation and benefits.
Kontras
UPL has a very chaotic culture, moving through CEOs and mission statements every few months. Not a very friendly environment for women or minorities. As with most companies they tend to fire senior employees who have been with the company for a long time and have high salaries, robbing the younger employees of the opportunity to learn from them.
