Dynamic, under development, agile, aggressive, with thirst for growth

Kontras

Extremely long days of work, not fulfillment of balance work time per day, reduction of budgets and headcount with heavy load of KPIs / targets, high misalignment between global and local strategy, each cluster works independently, salaries are not homogeneous between partners of the same level, not fair/legal with salaries' increase based on industry agreements / national inflation.
