      Pros

      The organisation is run by therapists, so most of the people you interact with who are in the organisation would understand your decisions. It is quite well organised, most of the time... Nice colleagues. School holidays. They pay for some of the necessary expenses.

      Kontras

      Because it is term time work, it is not a lot of money for living in London where all the schools are based. It is not a big organisation, so there are limited roles available to progress.

      Pros

      The recruitment process was exceptional, every effort was made by the recruitment team to allow me to provide a full and fair representation of my skills, knowledge and experience. Onboarding was incredibly efficient and a full induction programme has been provided including a comprehensive suite of training. For an organisation of this size and nature to provide such a comprehensive benefits package is both surprising and very welcome. Evidently, the organisation's values extend to it's recruitment and management of employees and each member of staff is supported to understand their contribution to the collective objectives.
