Toxic work environment with overstressed people. Endless overtime, unpaid extra hours in the night, with some of the employees working weekends and sometimes when on vacation. They constantly post job adverts on LinkedIn and DezeenJobs because they hire for short periods. The firm doesn’t grow, they just constantly change people. There is some classic monkeycad involved, some say there’s nothing to learn. Small salaries and most often underevaluated young architects and interns. There’s a strong chance to become stuck in routine work.
