Toxic Culture: This is by far the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. Very few people seem happy, and morale is shockingly low across the board. Constant Turnover: During my time here, someone either quit or was fired every two weeks. It's a revolving door of employees, and it’s clear the company has no concern for its staff. Workload & Pressure: You will live in constant fear of losing your job. The workload is unbearable, and you’re constantly being pushed to do more, despite already being overloaded. The pressure to perform is intense, and it’s impossible to achieve the inflated objectives. Misleading Benefits: The so-called “unlimited” leave days are a joke. You can’t actually take time off because the pressure of the job make it nearly impossible. And even when you do try to take time off, there’s often a travel ban in place, making it more of a hindrance than a perk. No Work-Life Balance: There is absolutely no balance. You’ll be expected to work long hours, weekends, and even holidays. Burnout is inevitable. Red Flags in Reviews: Be cautious when reading positive reviews. When you see so many people with similar complaints over an extended period of time, it’s not a coincidence. Final Thoughts: I can’t stress this enough: RUN, do not walk, away from this company. You deserve a better work environment. Trust the negative reviews – they’re the truth.
