I worked at UNLEASH for almost 2 years in the delegate sales team. It was very challenging to perform however it turned to be very rewarding as well. I got to travel to every show of the group and in the USA for the first time in my life. I made quite good money, especially for the World show thanks to hard work. Indeed the company offered great opportunity for the salespeople who produce to make good comissions and bonuses. After a while, I became good at reaching Decision Makers at VP or C-Level in major groups around Europe. While it isn't the easiest environment to succeed in, it forged my character and skills. Today I am grateful for the hard work and challenges it offered. It set me up for the next sales jobs I have taken. The managers have been in your shoes and know the business inside out. They used to be and are still top performers who can help you achieve and grow however you will have to be proactive in asking for their help. I would recommend to join the Delgate Sales Team especially for a first sales experience as a way to set you up for life. Across the business, the multi-national environment really makes the company special in the hungarian office.

When I worked there, the number of inbound leads were too low to help drive real results. The good news is that it teached you to be more self-reliant. There can be distractions around the business, if I were to do it all over again I would ignore what is going on and only focus on creating results and sales. Please note those were issues months ago and are most probably solved by now.
