The atmosphere is friendly and inspiring, and this is a company with great mission and purpose which everyone can relate to. Since the company is quite young and growing, the work is challenging and developing, and since it's an event business it's never boring too. The autonomy and trust is given to everyone as long as you are ready to take on it and great results are always rewarded.

Since it's a young company, the processes are not well-defined yet, so for some people it might feel a bit hectic or chaotic. But if you're thriving in a not so structured environment and can take the lead in building the processes, you'll definitely love it.
