Let's power go to their heads, no matter how hard an employee works it's never good enough, winter temps below freezing inside 24/7 summer temps run an avg of 115°f 24/7, reviews/raises were a joke and a metaphorical slap in the face, brown nosing rewarded before hard work and actual skill
