free parking, though limited. many benefits for long-term staff, less so for new employees. opportunity to learn a lot, mostly from colleagues rather than direct supervisors. supportive and friendly colleagues.

bad experience ever. high turnover. extra workload. understaffed. expected to multitask. all staff burnout already. toxic management culture. taking leave is difficult due to strict supervision. no work life balance. the company is smaller than expected despite being part of UCSI. during probation, i saw no reason to stay. known management issues were not addressed. strongly warn others against joining.
