management lies to you, IT rationalization = layoffs. moving everyone into different support roles causing chaos for the divisions/customers you support. no opportunity to move up or grow as there is favoritism where posted jobs are already filled by their "golden boys". you can't get ahead unless you're in the old boys club. laying off staff due to being 2+ million over budget, yet hiring contractors and opening up the same positions you just laid off a couple months later.
