The top management is completely worthless, they will get rude to you anytime and anywhere. They are completely thankless and unacknowledged attitude towards the dedication and effort of the employees.
Don’t ever dare to connect with HR team to discuss your points, they are purely spineless and will ensure to bring more issues your way.
The Management is sweeter on the face to get their work done and then change the attitude and show arrogance once their task is completed.
You can be expelled or asked to leave without any discussion or even notification for an employee to atleast understand and find a way out.
