I am working here for the past 10+ years, and this is the place where you can feel/enjoy the "Work-Life" balance, compare to other companies. Key benefits like,

ya, i too have some dislikes.
- Previously we enjoyed team outings and office outings, but now it got stopped as we moved to "Work from Home culture".
- Comp off was stopped as we moved to "Work from Home culture".
Apart from these no other dislikes.
