Pros
I've seen Typeform as a place where people are genuinely encouraged to grow, and I’ve personally experienced a significant expansion in remit and responsibility during my time here. What started as a more focused role has developed into broader ownership across larger, more strategic initiatives, with increasing trust and autonomy over time. One of the standout strengths is the culture of promoting from within. Progression feels earned and based on impact — when you show you’re ready to take on more, the organisation creates space for that development rather than keeping people boxed into fixed roles. The working environment is supportive, collaborative, and high-trust. Teams are thoughtful, ambitious, and aligned around doing great work, and there’s a strong sense of shared ownership. Typeform also takes performance management seriously in the right way: feedback is clear, expectations are well communicated, and issues are addressed constructively but decisively. High performance is recognised, and accountability is consistent, which builds trust and clarity across the company. Typeform's opportunity is really significant and the product is developing at very exciting place. AI adoption is great, and AI through the product is meaningful, novel and of substance rather than for the sake of it. The company is at a scale and stage where everyone should have good visibility of where we can deliver loads of impact. There is access to leadership and investment to make ideas come to life.
Kontras
As with any fast-moving and scaling organisation, priorities can shift quickly, and navigating change requires flexibility. The pace can be demanding at times, particularly as scope grows, and it can take effort to ensure focus remains on the highest-impact work.
