The products are interesting. Pay is good. Not great. But if you want to survive and want more than average, this is the place. You can freely implement the idea on the products technical-wise.

The targeted deadline are not realistic. The work are created based on bugged features. But they can't touch the deadline. The 'C' can swing their mood. If their days are clear blue sky, you are going to be treated nice. But if their days gone dark, oops.

I guess there could be worse out there. When they are in a good mood things are dandy. When they are in a bad mood...

Be prepared to over time and not be compensated for it every single day. For tasks to last minute be dropped on you right when your work is 10-15 minutes from ending. There are almost no benefits and you get the bare minimum of leave. They will also constantly ask you why you take leave. Employers are also petty and stingy, prone to emotional outbursts and mood swings. They are also control freaks so there's no real independence or responsibilities being given to you, you're just doing as you're told like a mindless drone. They are taking my bonus back after I turned in my resignation. I'm not even sure if that's legal.
