Pros
Personally I don’t find Twin Rivers to be a bad place to work at. Supervisors and leads are very friendly and willing to work with you if need be. I don’t remember what the starting pay for morning shift was (hours were from 4 am- 2:30 pm I believe) but night shift was paid $9.20 an hour from 4 pm - 2:30 am. They offer health insurance, dental, vision and life insurance. During the time I worked there, they offered a $50 bonus for showing up every day to work on time with no early leaves or days off. Also, if you were referred by someone or someone who works there refers you then there’s a bonus that you both get. Overtime is also paid time and a half.
Kontras
Some people will be bothered by the cold temperatures and having to stand in one place for long hours. IF is the coldest place to work, heads up. And if you end up on the whizzard line then you will be expected to debone 170+ lbs of chicken per hour but after that you get a bonus the more chicken you can cut.
