The team at Turtle is all around amazing and full of knowledge - a team that really cares about the culture and their work with clients. - People are friendly, great at communicating and all-around, helpful - Senior management is very transparent about the business outlook, salary expectations, processes, budgeting etc. - Senior management have instilled an environment where people can comfortably ask for help, clarifications and voice concerns - Clients are always vetted, easy to work with and provide great work/projects - Work closely with in-house teams whilst maintaining expertise as product design consultants - Lots of fun social activities

As a young and small agency, there are times when things may feel a bit disorganized. It's a learning process but one where Turtle is actively managing and seeking advice for.

Good work culture, remote friendly, work life balance is pretty good as well. You get to work on many different projects with different teams and people that work here are very friendly and supportive.

Nothing really comes to mind for cons as of now.
