Brought in many young, ambitious professionals, who brought fresh energy and new ideas to the table. The company suffered from high turnover, with over 20+ employees leaving within my 1.5-year tenure, more than I witnessed in three years in a warehouse environment. Key managerial positions were vacated and not effectively replaced, leading to a loss of direction and client retention issues. Decisions made by upper management and the parent company showed a lack of understanding of the challenges faced, exacerbating existing problems. Unrealistic expectations and goals set by management slowly eroded the initially strong team spirit and cohesion. Employee dedication was not acknowledged or rewarded appropriately, as seen in the timing of layoffs The practice of hiring young professionals with the promise of career advancement, only to let them go shortly after, was both unethical and damaging to the team's morale and the company’ reputation.
