Couldn’t be happier here. Sharp team, fun and energetic environment, highest levels of integrity in all of the day-to-day work. Clients are responsive and engaged. Opportunities for new employees to learn and grow in the industry are evident, comp plans appear to be generous as milestones are met and exceeded. Turn2 has all of the hallmarks of a successful business. It is still a young business though, perks and fringe benefits should come with time.

None! As a new employee I’ve been impressed at every turn, although I wouldn’t say this is a company for everyone. It’s somewhat unstructured and self drive is an important ingredient for success. I’d recommend Turn2 to those who are excited by a fast pace and are open to some of the compromises inherent to a ground floor opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment.
