Great company to work for located in the heart of Seattle! Industry is exciting. Great products – cool technology above and beyond. The culture is like that of a family. Staff are supportive of each other. We are able to share thoughts and ideas freely. Must have a good attitude to work here, though. Nothing stagnant about the environment. There is always something to do. Need to be able to think on one’s feet. Being a smaller company, I’ve had opportunities to gain multiple skill sets. Deadlines to accommodate clients are a reality. We meet them, then move on to work-life balance. Good pay and solid benefits. Hours are flexible and able to do work remotely. Morale boosters include free food and drinks, taking breaks by whacking the ping-pong ball or walking around the heart of Seattle. Company is guided by a good sense of ethics. A good corporate citizen for the community.

Nothing is perfect, right? Internal communications can be lacking. Learning to slow down, rely less on texting/verbal shorthand and explain the steps between A and Z on projects more clearly. Once it’s been explained in better detail. They understood, and helped me back on track!
