Howdy! It sounds like you had a rough time. We're sorry to hear that. We definitely don't want anyone to work to the degree you're suggesting. We even try to build out stop points in the middle of the day to give people a chance to relax. We provide everyone lunch and great gathering spaces so everyone can have a good meal together. We provide snack/fruit time at 3pm everyday so people can stop and chat. We keep our core hours to 10am-6pm.
