Terrible experience - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei TuSimple: Mitarbeiterbewertung

One of my worst working experiences ever. They started with an offensively low offer for starting salary, then claimed it would "be doubled" in 1-2 months (not only didn't happen, but no raise at all at end of that time period). Horrifically bad communication structure, with managers vocally blaming subordinates for the company's lack of organization. Generally unfriendly atmosphere. Bringing in meals is just a way of extracting more work out of you, as people eat at their desks. Terrible management culture - inexperienced, rude, hypercritical, and disorganized.
