I've never dealt with a more toxic management team in my career. It’s their way or the highway- no room for ideas, discussion, or flexibility. Staying on their good side is essential; otherwise, you’re treated as an outsider. They love to push the whole “we’re one big family” thing, but let’s be real- you’re just a number to them. Let’s be real, no family puts you under constant pressure to perform or they’ll cut you loose.

Great folks from all over the world. * Long-Term Upside: Having been here for 3 years, I can confidently say the business fundamentals are strong. I’m genuinely excited for the future.
