Pros
I'm really happy here. The people are one of the reasons that make this place. I think we're quite clear on our culture and values as an agency, and when we recruit, getting that cultural fit just right means that you employ people that are all aligned by wanting to do a good job, and being decent and honest. Great benefits... I think our benefits set us apart from other places. Yes, we've got the obvious private health care, death in service and pensions - but we also have a bonus scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and everyone is given 27 days annual leave as a minimum which rises to 32 days with length of service. And we're particularly proud of our 'Life-Balance' days (an extra half day a month to take to do whatever you want). We're also big advocates of continual training and development, and have recently been awarded CPD Gold status by our industry body, the IPA.
Kontras
We're still growing and evolving, so things change when you're a relatively young business (I say young, but the business was established in 2011). This means that things change, structures, processes etc. And from what I've seen, this has all been for the better. But it does require adaptation. But hey, there's no progress without change!
