Pros
I’ve been at TruePoint for more than 10 years, which probably says the most important thing. The people are skilled experts who care about what they do + who they do it with, and the work is meaningful. It’s a hybrid, woman-owned agency with 35+ employees serving clients from small businesses to global brands. Endless opportunities for learning and development, building new skills, and collaborating across teams. The progress + growth I've seen from this team and leadership in my tenure is energizing.
The agency pace is fast, so this is the place for you if you never want to be bored or stagnant. However, the expectations are really reasonable regarding work hours, especially compared to other agencies. We typically work 40 hours per week, sometimes exceeding that by a few hours in a busy season. If you do exceed 40 hrs, there is a comp time policy to help employees balance, and one of the departments actually has an additional shift pay policy in place where they can voluntarily pick up extra work for additional pay.
You also earn a 30-day paid sabbatical every 5 years, which is pretty rare. Plus, there is a 2x yearly profit-sharing bonus plan, an incredible perk.
Leadership requests feedback consistently and implements change to meaningfully elevate the employee experience. Some of the other reviews I'm seeing are super confusing and have not been my experience at all.
Kontras
Like many growing agencies, some processes are still being refined. It’s a good fit for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable helping build structure, not just working within it.
