      Flexible position, lots of room to grow, have gotten multiple raises in the past year as I expand my job.

      Writing questions helped me keep my specialty knowledge current

      Insanely low pay Crap technology system - putting in questions was sometimes the hardest part of the job Little rewards besides the $10 an hour I was paid. They would not give me access to the databank so I could review other questions and keep mine unique Insane turnover of administrative staff - there was a new "secretary" almost every year Often had to adjust my payment as they wouldn't always pay me for the entire work submitted
