Great teammates at the peer level; unfortunately, upper leadership doesn’t model the same values The mission still matters — the culture just no longer supports it Learned a lot about resilience and managing under pressure

The culture has become toxic and divisive — collaboration has been replaced with fear and favoritism. Leadership often rewards the loudest voices rather than the most effective or ethical performers. Poor communication and inconsistent expectations across teams; what’s praised one week is criticized the next.
