Lowest caseload I've ever had as a therapist in a rehab setting.
Supportive treatment team members.
Kontras
Administration/upper management is generally too busy to follow-up and follow-through on their identified commitments.
Staff position/title don't get communicated to the rest of the team, so the person with the title change doesn't get to acknowledge themselves and/or receive acknowledge with said title.
Set your hours. Chef makes your food. 6 beds which meant max 6 clients. Private office. Not on call. Decent salary. Paperwork isn’t that intensive.
Kontras
Everyone knows everyone. Clique-like. Eventually pay isn’t comparable for a licensed clinician. Some time micromanaged. Security tapes the higher ups also watch you not just clients. Low employee morale.
